API SA recherche un Technicien Support Helpdesk N1-N2 à Neuchâtel pour assurer le support technique et la gestion des incidents auprès des étudiants et des collaborateurs de l'institution.
Vous participerez aux tournées de support (hotline et guichet), installerez et maintiendrez le matériel et les logiciels, et rédigerez les procédures techniques. Excellente maîtrise du français et expérience en support sont exigées, avec esprit d'équipe et autonomie.
