Stefanini EMEA in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, seeks an Application Support Specialist to provide local laboratory application support for Chromeleon CDS, Open Lab CDS, and Metrohm Omnis users. You will act as the first point of contact and liaison with vendors.
You will troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, coordinate with vendors and IT, and support upgrades and validations in a regulated lab setting with English and French proficiency.
