Nous recrutons un ou une Support IT Senior pour renforcer le département IT de notre client situé à Neuchatel, Si vous êtes prêt ou prête à relever un nouveau défi, cette offre est pour vous.
Responsabilités:En tant que Support IT Sr vous êtes résolvez les tickets techniques et fonctionnels N1 et N2 sur les différents sites de notre client. Vous diagnostiquez et résolvez les incidents de façon autonome ou en coordination avec des partenaires internes/externes. Vous organisez votre planning d'interventions ainsi que vos déplacements. Vous faites le suivi et communiquez proactivement l'état d'avancement des tickets.
Profil:- Diplôme ES en informatique
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en support technique et applicatif (N1 et N2)
- Bonnes connaissances des environnement MS 365 / Cloud, Windows Server, AD
- Bonnes connaissances réseau et sécurité (Entra , Intune, Defender, Power Shell, VPN)
- Français courant. Bon niveau en anglais
