Scheduling & Supply Chain Specialist

• Coordinate patient treatment schedules with manufacturing sites and logistics partners
• Monitor transportation, manufacturing, and delivery activities from start to finish
• Act as the main point of contact for operational scheduling and issue resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams, couriers, and external stakeholders
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with operational procedures

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, customer service, or pharmaceutical operations
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Fluent English is required;
  French is an advantage

• 1-year contract with the possibility of extension
