OK JOB AG à Neuenburg recherche un Responsable pour superviser les opérations quotidiennes du département d'usinage interne. Le candidat retenu sera chargé de garantir une production efficace tout en respectant les normes de qualité et de sécurité. Il devra également élaborer des plannings de production et optimiser les ressources disponibles.
En plus de ces responsabilités, le Responsable devra gérer le programme d'apprentissage Polymécanicien CFC et veiller à la formation adéquate des apprentis. Une expérience antérieure dans un rôle similaire est souhaitée.
