OK Job SA recherche un Responsable de production / mécanique, horlogerie, pour superviser le plan de production et encadrer une équipe de 12 à 15 personnes dans un atelier horloger. Poste clé, autonome et proche de la direction, avec des responsabilités en frappe, étampage et usinage CNC.
Le candidat doit maîtriser le management d'équipe, l'amélioration des procédés et la gestion des outillages, le tout dans un environnement technique dynamique et orienté résultats.
