Responsabilités principales :
- Organiser et piloter l'activité quotidienne de l'atelier CNC, en assurant le suivi du plan de production, des priorités et des délais.
- Encadrer, accompagner et faire monter en compétences une équipe stable et collaborative
- Apporter un soutien technique direct sur le terrain : réglages, programmation, mise au point, optimisation et résolution des problématiques d'usinage.
- Programmer et optimiser les usinages sur machines CNC
- Garantir la polyvalence humaine et technique sur le parc machines afin d'assurer la continuité de production.
- Suivre et améliorer les performances de l'atelier : qualité, productivité, temps d'usinage, flux et méthodes de travail.
- Collaborer avec les services support et être le relais terrain auprès de la production, avec une approche pragmatique et orientée solutions.
- Une fonction terrain, avec autonomie technique et organisationnelle.
