Vos missions :
- Assurer la prise en charge globale des patients adultes en psychiatrie
- Dispenser les soins infirmiers et assurer le suivi clinique des patients
- Participer à l'accompagnement de patients présentant différents troubles psychiatriques
- Observer l'évolution de leur état de santé et adapter la prise en charge
- Participer à l'élaboration et au suivi des projets de soins individualisés
- Assurer les transmissions et collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire
- Favoriser une prise en charge bienveillante, sécurisante et adaptée à chaque patient
