A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Quality Assurance - Quality on the Shop Floor Associate in Neuenburg, Switzerland. This on-site role involves ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) during the production of biological products. The ideal candidate has 2 to 3 years of experience in a cGMP environment, a strong understanding of production processes, and full professional proficiency in French.

Collaborating closely with shop floor teams, you will identify quality risks and improve compliance throughout the manufacturing process.
