Our Swiss based client is seeking an experienced Quality Manufacturing Manager to drive manufacturing quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across its wafer fabrication operations. Reporting to the VP IC Operations, the role ensures compliance withIATF 16949, automotive, and customer requirements, with a focus on zero defects and supply-chain protection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead manufacturing quality across IC Front-End, driving quality culture, compliance, and zero-defect initiatives
  • Own Process Change Management (PCRB), assessing risks and ensuring changes do not negatively impact yield, scrap, non-conformances, or customers
  • Lead non-conformance and MRB management, ensuring timely risk assessment, containment, disposition, and root-cause elimination
  • Lead manufacturing audits, corrective actions, and improvement plans
  • Manage customer complaints, ensuring effective containment, root-cause analysis, corrective action, and prevention of recurrence
  • Lead cross-functional teams and task forces to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing performance
Required Experience & Skills
  • 10+ years' experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment
  • 5+ years' experience in Quality Management
  • Strong knowledge ofISO 9001, IATF 16949, and Automotive Core Tools
  • Good understanding of IC manufacturing processes, quality tools, process development, failure analysis, and audits
  • Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean experience
  • Proven leadership, project management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capabilities
  • Engineering degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, Physics, or related field
