Quality Control Analyst

Language: Fluent French + technical English

Eligibility: Swiss/EU nationality or valid Swiss work permit

The Quality Control Analyst will perform routine biochemical QC testing within a cGMP-regulated pharmaceutical laboratory. The role involves hands-on laboratory analysis, documentation, investigations, equipment checks, and support for validation and continuous improvement activities.

• Perform biochemical QC testing according to approved procedures and GMP requirements.
• Prepare laboratory solutions, reagents, and consumables.
• Complete logbooks, forms, and documentation in line with GMP, GDP, and ALCOA+.
• Escalate OOS/invalid results and initiate quality events within required timelines.
• Support laboratory investigations and troubleshooting activities.
• Execute qualification and validation protocols for methods, systems, reagents, and equipment.
• Ensure equipment calibration and maintenance status is compliant before use.
• Maintain laboratory organization and 5S standards.
• CFC Laboratory Technician / Biology qualification or another relevant scientific background.
• Minimum 3 years of QC laboratory experience in a cGMP environment

• Hands-on experience with biochemical analytical methods.
• Experience with at least some of the following:
  ELISA, PCR, HPLC, electrophoresis, Western Blot, enzymatic activity testing
  .
• Strong GMP and good documentation practice knowledge.
• Fluent French and technical English.
• Swiss/EU nationality or valid Swiss work authorization.

• Experience writing method validation protocols.
• Experience with laboratory investigations and troubleshooting.
• Broader experience across multiple biochemical analytical techniques.
