Webstaurant Store is seeking dedicated and hardworking candidates with leadership qualities to join our growing company. The leaders and managers within the Distribution Center play a crucial role in developing our business and meeting the purchasing needs of food service professionals worldwide.

$75,000.00/yr – $80,000.00/yr

This 14‑week rotational program is designed for candidates interested in pursuing a leadership career in operations and supply chain management. Throughout the program you will experience each segment of day‑to‑day operations from inbound to outbound, including receiving, picking, packing, consolidating, shipping, inventory control, and returns. The goal is to prepare you for a leadership role in our Dayton, Nevada warehouse location.

• Develop practical solutions to problems without sacrificing quality.
• Meet the department’s daily, weekly, and monthly goals of the distribution center.
• Achieve high performance standards while coaching and training employees on best practices.
• Analyze opportunities for growth, cutting costs, reducing damages, and improving efficiencies.
• Continually improve productivity targets and process improvements.
• Lead employees to fulfil their potential.

• 1–2 years of leadership experience working with a team of more than 15 employees preferred.
• Experience working in a distribution environment preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to explain technical and complex concepts concisely.
• Passion for supply chain management and constant process improvement.
• Work a full shift, typically 8–10 hours.
• Business proficiency requires the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving.
• Ability to adapt quickly as business needs change; address difficult situations with diplomacy and emotional intelligence.

Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to 12 hours/day. Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing. Requires regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching. Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75 lbs.
