This is an opportunity to shape a service line from the ground up in a supportive environment with strong administrative backing. You will have the autonomy to define clinical protocols, staffing, and scheduling as you build the practice. The facility has a brand-new hospital building with dedicated GI space and a well-established surgical and anesthesia team.
