Start Date: Flexible Position Overview: Our client is seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our dedicated team. This is a hospital-employed, outpatient-only opportunity offering a great work-life balance, competitive salary, and an excellent retirement package. Compensation & Incentives:
- Base salary of $240,000 annually
- Employer-paid contribution to Nevada Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) - 36.75% of base salary
- Full vesting after 5 years
- Health insurance premium 100% covered for the employee
- Family/spouse/children coverage available with employee contribution
- $10,000 signing bonus with a 2-year commitment
- Up to $10,000 relocation reimbursement with a 2-year commitment
- $10,000 housing stipend if purchasing a home in Pershing County (2-year commitment required)
- Eligible to participate in National Health Service Corps (NHSC) loan repayment program
- No state income tax in Nevada
- Outpatient-only primary care - no inpatient or hospital call
- Monday-Friday schedule, with limited phone-only call rotation
- Established patient panel and strong community demand
- Supportive administrative and clinical team
- Modern EMR and excellent clinical infrastructure

- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Nevada
- Strong communication skills and a passion for rural community health
