Job Title: K-5 Elementary Teacher (currently assigned to Kindergarten)
School District: Tonopah Elementary School
Schedule: 150 days per school year, 8.5 hours per day
Funding Source: General Fund
Salary Range: $51,323 - $103,407
Job Goal: Plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in an environment that prepares students for lives as informed and engaged citizens in a global society.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Valid Nevada Teaching License*
- Valid Nevada Driver’s License
- CPR/First Aid/AED Certification (required for PE, special education and CTE assignments)
Start Date: 2025‑2026 school year. Successful candidate must complete a thorough background check and pass mandatory pre‑employment drug & alcohol testing.
