• Build leadership skills by managing a team, fostering a positive club culture, and engaging in professional development.
• Nurture relationships with members and parents to communicate club benefits, programs, policies, and practices.
• Enhance administrative and managerial skills through training related to grants, finance, and reporting procedures.
• Help maintain the safety of members and staff and ensure an optimal club experience for all.

• Fun, energetic, and excited individual.
• Career aspiration in education and childcare (e.g., HDFS, CDA, Education, Counseling).
• Passion for building a better community.
• Strong communication and cooperation with children, staff, and parents.
• Preferred management experience.
• Minimum 18 years or older.

• Provide three professional references (or non‑family references over 18 if no work experience).
• Complete a drug screen, background check, and fingerprint check.
