This company is seeking a Senior Structural Field Engineer to oversee steel and concrete construction activities on a large, complex project. You’ll provide technical direction to both direct-hire crews and subcontractors, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

• Coordinate work schedules, material deliveries, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Supervise and support all structural steel and concrete work in the field.
• Prepare work packages, field change documents, and as-built records.
• Perform field inspections, quantity take-offs, and progress forecasting.
• Resolve design and constructability issues with engineering teams.
• Review vendor drawings, support procurement, and ensure timely material delivery.
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• 6–8 years of civil/structural field engineering experience.
• Experience with steel and concrete construction, preferably on Bechtel projects.
• Familiarity with Bechtel tools (e.g., ACONEX, TEAMWorks, eSub) is an asset.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in interpreting drawings, specifications, and using Microsoft Office.
