Surveillance Investigator

Summary

Responsible for assisting with the day to day operation. Appropriately respond and handle large amount of information and take the best action necessary. Keen eye and excellent observation skills.

• Ensures all surveillance equipment is operating at the start of the shift, during shift and completion of shift
• Observes activities of guests and team members on the casino floor, cage and count rooms for criminal activity and/or violation of gaming regulations or company policies and procedures
• Reports all incidents observed on shift to Lead Surveillance Operator or Director
• Maintain surveillance activity logs
• Report any incident to department heads when it concerns their department
• Provide assistance to management and supervisors as requested
• Maintains confidentiality of all Hotel/Casino information
• Pleasant personality, team oriented and enjoys working with and serving people
• Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of surveillance equipment
• Knowledge of casino games by dealer experience
• Communication via two-way radio and telephone
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations

• Previous Hotel and Casino experience, with knowledge of all casino games and slot operations preferred
• Previous experience working in a team or group environment
• Ability to functionally communicate occupational based English, both written and verbal
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States

• Constantly sitting and use of hearing and vision

• Indoor
• Varying conditions of noise levels, temperature, illumination and air quality
