Sports book Ticket Writer – Full Time (Gold Ranch – Dayton)

Join Caesars Sports book & Casino as a Sports book Ticket Writer. You will report to the Sports book Manager and serve as the face of our retail operation, providing high-level customer service to both regular and novice bettors, advising on sports betting options, and ensuring responsible wagering decisions.

• Deliver premium customer service to encourage repeat patronage.
• Adhere to all company and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations.
• Become familiar with betting options and discuss them with customers.
• Resolve customer disputes or complaints and focus escalation to a supervisor.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation in accordance with company policy and Gaming Control Board standards.
• Perform other duties assigned.

• Flexible availability.
• Basic computer skills (Email, MS Excel, internet).
• Minimum of 1 year cash handling experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Age 21 or older; must pass a background check.
• Eligibility to obtain a gaming license from the Gaming Control Board or other jurisdictions if required.
• High level of customer service.
• Ability to work flexible schedule: nights, weekends, holidays.
• Professional presentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Basic math skills.
• Compliance with company and Gaming Control Board requirements.

• Stand for extended periods.
• Lift, pull, or push 25 lbs.
• Write for extended periods; twist, bend or reach without significant limitations.
