Location:

Pahrump Nugget, Gold Town & Lakeside (Pahrump, NV).

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operation. Appropriately respond and handle large amount of information and take the best action necessary. Keen eye and excellent observation skills.

• Ensures all surveillance equipment is operating at the start of the shift, during shift and completion of shift.
• Observes activities of guests and team members on the casino floor, cage and count rooms for criminal activity and/or violation of gaming regulations or company policies and procedures.
• Reports all incidents observed on shift to Lead Surveillance Operator or Director.
• Maintain surveillance activity logs.
• Report any incident to department heads when it concerns their department.
• Provide assistance to management and supervisors as requested.
• Maintains confidentiality of all Hotel/Casino information.
• Pleasant personality, team oriented and enjoys working with and serving people.
• Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of surveillance equipment.
• Knowledge of casino games by dealer experience.
• Communication via two-way radio and telephone.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations.

• Previous Hotel and Casino experience, with knowledge of all casino games and slot operations preferred.
• Previous experience working in a team or group environment.
• Ability to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
• Verify right to work in the United States.

• Varying conditions of noise levels, temperature, illumination and air quality.
