The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Intelligence Planner to join our team at Nellis AFB, supporting the 363rd ISR Wing. The Intelligence Planner will play a critical role in ISR Planning and Operational/Exercise Support to ensure mission success. This position requires expertise in intelligence planning, operational coordination, and the ability to integrate ISR capabilities into mission objectives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute ISR capability-based planning support to operational and tactical objectives well integrated into mission/exercise objectives.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, mission planners, and operators, to ensure seamless integration of ISR capabilities into mission planning.
* Identify intelligence gaps and recommend collection strategies to address them.
* Provide detailed planning and support for ISR operations, ensuring alignment with mission requirements and priorities.
* Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, and other intelligence products to senior leadership and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with external agencies and partners to synchronize intelligence planning efforts.
* Maintain proficiency in ISR tools, methodologies, and platforms to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge intelligence solutions.
* Ensure compliance with all security protocols, classification guidelines, and organizational policies. Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
* Required Experience:
At least 6 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
* Required
Education:
Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have associate's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 10 years, as a substitute to the bachelor's degree.
* Technical Expertise:
* Proficiency in ISR Planning, operational and tactical-level intelligence support.
* Familiarity with ISR platforms, tools, and methodologies.
* Strong understanding of intelligence collection processes and requirements.
* Skills:
* Proficient analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products and briefings.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
* Security Clearance:
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience supporting the 363 ISRW or similar ISR organizations.
* Knowledge of ISR capabilities-based planning and operational-level intelligence support.
* Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government intelligence planning training course or specialized certification.
* Familiarity with advanced intelligence planning tools and methodologies.
* Prior experience mentoring or training junior personnel in intelligence planning. Why Join Us?
