Job Description
Provide exceptional customer service to help people live healthier lives by treating our customers and employees fairly and ethically, creating a safe, clean, inclusive environment, and delivering the right products, services, and care at the right time with accurate pricing. Provide direct patient intervention in accordance with state and federal laws and company policies, demonstrating the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Responsibilities- Support company health and wellness initiatives.
- Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
- Maintain current national and/or state registration, certification, or license as required.
- Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment.
- Provide a stellar customer experience while accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing.
- Support coaching and training of clerks and technicians.
- Compound medications according to state and other regulations.
- Perform post‑fill audits to verify prescription information.
- Support non‑dispensing services using various platforms, resources, and applications.
- Complete CLIA‑waived screenings as per state, federal law, and company policies.
- Comply with sanitation and safety regulations and notify store management of unsafe conditions.
- Comply with local, state, and federal regulations; report all illegal activity, including robbery, theft, or fraud.
- Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information.
- Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure.
- Any previous comparable experience.
- Any equivalent experience as a pharmacy technician.
