Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Setting: Telehealth
Location: Montana
Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who enjoys working with individuals and families in a virtual setting. This position focuses on thoughtful, goal-driven therapy sessions that support emotional insight, communication skills, and long-term change.
Primary Responsibilities- Deliver telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Conduct clinical assessments and establish care goals
- Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
- Apply relational and systems-based therapy approaches
- Support continuity of care through consistent scheduling
- Active Montana LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience working with relational or family dynamics
- Strong organization and client communication skills
- Comfort providing therapy in a fully remote environment
- 2 weeks paid time off
