Responsible for stocking all bars and food and beverage service areas with beverages, paper products, condiments, and supplies. Will maintain cleanliness of all food and beverage areas including storage areas. Assist guests in every way possible in order to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.

• Maintain and replenish all beverages, ice, supplies, and condiments at service areas and bars. Assist with inventory control by alerting bartender when supplies are low.
• Assist bartenders/servers in the setting up, cleaning and maintaining of all bars and food and beverage service areas.
• Thoroughly cleans and restocks all stations, bars, and storerooms at closing shift.
• Responsible for assuring the highest quality guest experience by following the Values and Purpose model at all times.
• Work effectively with other employees, vendors, and guests to provide quality, efficient service.
• Adhere to all state, county, and federal regulations, and the Company's internal controls, policies & procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must be knowledgeable of Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Regular attendance required.

High School or Equivalency; entry level- no experience required; prefer six months work history in any field.

Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s), if necessary. OSHA Certification required.

Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Must be able to write reports and read and write simple lists, interoffice memorandums, and business correspondence.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers.

Point of sale knowledge a plus.
