• Check Owners/guests into their villas and review property amenities, services, and local areas.
• Listen and respond positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests; contact other departments to resolve issues.
• Identify and explain room features to guests.
• Follow up to ensure requests or problems are met to satisfaction.
• Answer telephone calls and route to the proper department.
• May assist with bellman and runner duties depending on facility or location.

• Welcome and greet guests, anticipate and address needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull items that weigh up to 25 lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy.
• Specific job duties may differ by property, team size, or facility.
