Business Operations Lead

About the Role

Onboarded is building the system that powers how modern workforce operations actually run. As we scale toward 10M plus in ARR, we need a dedicated operator to design and build the internal systems that make growth repeatable.

This role reports directly to the CEO and works across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Product, Engineering, and Solutions. You will be responsible for how revenue, product adoption, and partner growth connect into a single operating model.

This is not a traditional Rev Ops or Biz Ops role. You will not inherit mature systems. You will build them. The work spans infrastructure, analytics, process design, and execution. You will define what good looks like, then create the systems that make it real.

• Design and own end to end operating processes across go to market, partnerships, customer success, and product operations.
• Build and maintain CRM structure, pipeline definitions, dashboards, forecasting models, and lifecycle metrics that drive real decision making.
• Create visibility into the full funnel from lead to activation to expansion, including data governance and performance measurement.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to instrument analytics, map user journeys, and surface insights that improve conversion and product adoption.
• Design systems that support partner onboarding, partner pipeline visibility, and partner performance measurement at scale.
• Use data and operational rigor to help define ICP, segmentation, prioritization frameworks, and quarterly planning.
• Operate hands on. You will build dashboards, workflows, automations, documentation, and internal tooling that materially change how the company runs.

• Three to five years of experience in operations, growth systems, or early stage infrastructure roles such as Rev Ops, Biz Ops, Product Ops, strategy, or consulting.
• Experience close to a high growth startup where systems were being built, not just maintained.
• Strong systems thinking. You understand how data, tooling, process, and teams fit together and you can design from a blank slate.
• Comfort with ambiguity and speed. You prioritize impact over polish and are willing to build, test, and iterate quickly.
• Ability to work across functions and communicate clearly with marketing, sales, product, engineering, and solutions teams.
• This role is not a fit for someone looking to manage a narrow function or operate inside fixed processes. It is for builders who enjoy creating structure where none exists.

• You will directly shape how Onboarded grows. The systems you build will define how revenue scales, how partners succeed, and how product adoption accelerates.
• You will operate with real ownership. You will design, build, deploy, and evolve the systems yourself and see their impact immediately.
• You will work closely with the CEO and experienced operators and develop into a senior leader as the company scales.
