Baker Hughes Bently Nevada and Nexus Controls offers a plant-wide, holistic suite of control system and machine condition monitoring and protection hardware, software, and services that help achieve the highest level of asset reliability possible. Our Team supports the supply chain management.

Build world-class industrial monitoring products and deliver high quality, timely results for our customers. Associates are trained to work with a variety of tools, automation, and software while maintaining a safety first, quality first mindset

• Operating and monitoring PCBA equipment such as pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, wave soldering systems, and automated optical inspection (AOI) tools.
• Managing multiple machines simultaneously to ensure efficient production flow.
• Performing component handling and board-level repairs, including soldering, rework, and touch-up as needed.
• Conducting quality checks in accordance with engineering specifications, IPC standards, and ISO requirements to maintain product integrity.

• Have a high School Diploma or equivalent
• Have a minimum of 1+ years of manufacturing experience
• Have ability to read and interpret routine instructions
• Have ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Have a good mechanical aptitude and knowledge of general hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
• Have the ability to operate material moving equipment/overhead crane and/or obtain the necessary certification.
