Motive Interactive, a leading Performance-Based Marketing firm, is seeking a Paid Search Manager
.

This role will report directly to the GM and is 100% remote
. It will be responsible for developing acquisition strategies across multiple campaign levels, including planning, creative development, buying, analytics, and optimization.
Salary depends on experience.

* Candidates must be comfortable managing all aspects of daily search campaigns and have experience with arbitrage or aggressive CPL/CPA goals.

Responsibilities

• Architect effective Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns.
• Manage paid search bid strategies, including match types, campaign settings, demographic targeting, remarketing, custom audience lists, and automation.
• Recommend landing page strategies, optimize landing pages, and analyze metrics to measure ROAS.
• Develop buying and monetization strategies across various performance campaigns and verticals.
• Conduct A/B testing of campaign variables to improve budget efficiency, leads, conversions, search impression share, and ROI.
• Implement strategies to increase conversion rates and lower CPL across multiple clients and verticals.
• Provide monthly/quarterly performance reports to demonstrate value.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of managing paid search campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to report and document performance metrics.
