$4,000 Sign‑On Bonus. AM shifts available.

Gardnerville Health and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide care to residents, aligning with their care plans and long‑term care standards.

• Answer signal lights.
• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Serve and collect food trays and feed residents requiring help.
• Transport residents, using wheelchair or wheeled cart, or assist residents to walk.
• Turn and reposition residents, alone or with assistance.
• Take and record vital signs, food and fluid intake and output, and weight, as directed.
• Complete documentation.

• Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of Employment.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
