We are seeking a full-time RN to join our 15-bed Emergency Department, providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients ranging from geriatric to neonatal. Work alongside a collaborative team of dedicated nurses and physicians, caring for an average of 65 patients per day and 25,000 annually. With a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio, you'll have the support you need to excel in your role while delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

• Provide prompt and effective emergency medical care to patients of all ages
• Assess, triage, and stabilize patients in critical situations
• Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and emergency interventions per physician orders
• Monitor vital signs, EKGs, and patient responses to treatment
• Educate patients and families on discharge care and follow-up instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, assessments, and treatments
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and emergency protocols

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (within 14 days of hire)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (within 30 days of hire)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (within 90 days of hire or transfer)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) (within 6 months of hire or transfer)
• Previous critical care/emergency department experience preferred
