Qualifications:- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN preferred.
- At least one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting.
- Current RN license in Nevada.
- Valid BLS certification; PALS or NRP certification as required for pediatric or neonatal patients.
- Ability to pass pre-employment assessments.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Commitment to patient safety and service excellence.
- Knowledge of clinical standards and evidence-based practices.
