Reporting to site leadership, the outdoor utility tech is responsible for delivery of outdoor supplies, trash removal, and various other utility maintenance responsibilities.

• Full-Time
• Shift: 6:00AM - 2:00PM or 2:00PM - 10:00PM
• Salary: $15.00/hour

• Maintain outdoor areas of property, including parking lots, pool areas, stairwells, cobweb removal, washing trash cans, and debris removal.
• Perform utility maintenance tasks, such as leaf blowing and cleaning functions.
• Other duties as assigned.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

The role requires physical effort including lifting (50 pounds or more), carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and fine finger dexterity. The work is performed outdoors under minimal temperature variations and some hazardous conditions. The job involves approximately 10% sitting, 40% walking, and 50% standing.
