• Provide direct and general supervision to restaurant staff to ensure effective and efficient operation of assigned restaurant operations.
• Deliver excellent guest service with a friendly, approachable demeanor and proactive opportunities to assist guests and team members.
• Staff, schedule, evaluate, train, develop, and monitor team members while aligning with department objectives, standards, guidelines, and budget.
• Increase restaurant revenues through menu adjustments, service improvements, portion control, presentation, and waste management.
• Promote courteous treatment of customers and team members, resolving complaints, answering questions, and providing general service.
• Ensure food servers and other personnel meet or exceed service standards and health department regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing department management plans, budgets, labor schedules, policies, procedures, and systems of accountability.
• Ensure proper communication between front of house and back of house operations, taking ownership of all responsible areas.
• Perform periodic quality checks for all products and service, such as greeting times.
• Oversee station stocking, equipment maintenance, and overall restaurant operation integrity.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience preferred in a fast‑paced food service or similar environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to superior customer service and employee development.
• Experience with staff hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
