Snackbar Attendant

Summary

As the Snack Bar Attendant, you will greet and attend to guests’ orders in a timely and efficient manner, maintain the outlet clean, and prepare the outlet for service. You will deliver exceptional, authentic guest service to provide an enjoyable experience to guests.

• Greet guests with an upbeat and positive manner
• Remain knowledgeable of all menu items, ingredients, prices, and always follow the sequence of service
• Clear, clean, reset and maintain designated area clean and presentable
• Prepare all menu items to specifications and beverage items to order
• Serve all menu items with proper garnishes
• Accurately perform cash transactions
• Assist all other Snack Bar Attendants to ensure friendly and accurate service to guests
• Knowledge of inventory and stocking procedures as well as maintaining full ice bins
• Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction or, if unable to resolve, contact the manager to handle issue(s)
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Prior experience in a same or similar role and working in a team or individual environment preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm in a very high‑paced, busy environment
• Previous experience exercising sound judgment when dealing with difficult guest situations
• Proven experience providing high level of guest service
• Previous experience with point‑of‑sale systems, computers and calculators
• At least 16 Years of Age
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States
