Assistant Director - Management

Round Table Pizza is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant.

As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and supporting staff development. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive performance, uphold company standards, and contribute to the restaurant’s ongoing success.

• Supervise and support team members to ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency
• Coach and develop staff through ongoing training and performance management
• Monitor employee attendance and performance;
  Uphold and enforce all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
• Contribute to financial performance by analyzing data and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns
• Support inventory control, ordering, and cost management
• Lead shifts and ensure smooth transitions between teams

• Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry
• Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
