High-End Insurance Sales Agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.
Who We Are NOT Looking For:
- Agents who need to make money urgently or are desperate.
- Agents who cannot afford their own leads to generate sales.
- Agents who require hand-holding at every step.
- Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month).
- Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.
Who We ARE Looking For:
- Competent agents with good communication skills.
- Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.
- Agents who are self-motivated and willing to follow a proven system.
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium policies. All our sales are virtual (telephone/Zoom).
Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium.
We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. Our goal is to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
