Member of Technical Staff

About the Role

We’re looking for a Member of Technical Staff (MTS) to join our North America team—a hands‑on technical leader who will work directly with our CTO on strategic initiatives, cross‑domain investments, and next‑generation AI infrastructure.

This is not a narrow full‑stack role. It’s a multiplier position: someone who can design, build, and influence across systems, products, and domains—from developer tools to AI agents, from infra to experience layers. You’ll have an outsized impact on the technical direction of the company, helping us scale a product that blends automation, compliance, and intelligence.

• Drive strategic engineering initiatives: Partner with the CTO to define and execute cross‑domain technical projects that cut across AI systems, infrastructure, product architecture, and developer experience.
• Build and scale platform capabilities: Design and deliver systems that power AI‑native experiences, including orchestration frameworks, data pipelines, and developer tooling.
• Prototype and product ionize: Move fluidly between proof‑of‑concepts and production code—helping translate ideas into robust, scalable software.
• Shape technical direction: Participate in architectural reviews, code reviews, and design sessions, ensuring we make high‑leverage technical investments that compound over time.
• Collaborate across disciplines: Work with engineers, product managers, and designers to identify opportunities for acceleration, technical excellence, and automation.
• Mentor and multiply: Raise the technical bar for the entire team through mentorship, documentation, and establishing best practices.
• Contribute across the stack: While focus areas may vary, you’ll touch everything from frontend surfaces and APIs to infra and AI orchestration.

• You’re a senior‑level engineer (or equivalent impact level) who’s shipped complex systems end‑to‑end.
• You’ve worked closely with leadership or founders on strategic, cross‑functional initiatives

• You’re comfortable with full‑stack development using Type Script, Node.js, React, Postgre
  
  SQL, and AWS.
• You have strong fundamentals in system design, performance optimization, and architectural scalability
