Yard​/Warehouse Rep

• Operate forklift safely, taking full responsibility for its safe operation.
• Assist in receiving, stocking, shipping, and counting inventory items.
• Maintain an organized work environment, including emptying trash and cleaning bays.
• Perform duties within the established work and safety procedures.
• Assist warehouse associates and supervisors with inventory control and organization.
• Operate facility equipment as needed (e.g., bander, power tools, hand tools).
• Monitor inventory as directed and keep work area free of hazards.
• Participate in assigned trainings and complete other duties as required.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all company policies and standards.
• Adhere to the company’s commitment to workplace safety.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• No experience required.

• Basic math, read orders, write instructions, and complete forms.
• Willingness to learn to read a tape measure.
• Effective and professional communication with customers, employees, and supervisors.
• Ability to deal constructively with conflict and recognize potential problems.
• Proficiency with or ability to learn current technologies, such as smartphones and inventory control systems.

• Pay Range: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour.
