Weekend Shift Distribution Associates — $25/hr (location: Dayton, NV)

Base pay range $25.00/hr – $25.00/hr

Webstaurant Store, the leading online supplier in the food service industry, is hiring energetic, highly motivated material handlers and forklift operators for its warehouses in Dayton, NV. On‑site training is provided. The role covers inbound and outbound warehouse operations during the weekend shift.

• Inbound Jobs:
• Replenishment – Pull pallets from overstock areas, transport stock to fulfill orders, confirm items and report issues via mobile form, and complete assigned projects such as minimums and cycles.
• Put away – Create efficient driving routes, stock inventory in allocated locations using forklift equipment and company systems.
• Check‑in – Separate vendor return items, check in order items using IDS and SPS systems, document discrepancies, maintain error log and track accountability.
• Container unloading – Unload containers promptly within required limits, confirm item numbers and quantities.
• Inventory & QA – Conduct daily cycle counts, manage overstock bin items, investigate discrepancies, and complete internal transfer, serial number coordination, and report generation.
• Outbound Jobs:
• Order Picker – Drive to assigned bins, select items, and load onto conveyors with a scanner.
• Consolidator – Verify and consolidate orders pulled by pickers into totes and put‑wall cubbies.
• Order Packer – Scan and verify products, pack orders, choose appropriate box size, enter shipping info into SPS, bill and ship using warehouse systems, and palletize finished shipments.
• Truck Loader – Identify carriers, move pallets to load areas, stack packages in correct trailers, lock/unlock trailers.
• Fast Track Bundler – Bundle and tape fast‑track orders, ship using conveyor, and move palletized cases as needed.

Friday – Monday, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm

Starting wage $25/hr, with a potential raise every 6 months of up to $0.88.

Exposure to moving mechanical parts, vehicles, changes in temperature and humidity, dust, fumes, gases, moderate noise. Work is normally performed standing/walking up to 12 hours per day.

• Standing and/or walking up to 12 hours/day.
• Effective communication using speech, vision, hearing.
• Use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation.
• Bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching.
• Regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights up to 75 lbs.

• 1 year of distribution or inventory experience (preferred).

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is not required.

• Flexible and willing to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Works well both individually and as part of a team.
• Able to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and order pickers.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to explain technical concepts concisely.
• Can manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Adaptable to changing business needs; addresses difficult situations with diplomacy and emotional intelligence.
• Customer‑focused attitude and desire to exceed expectations.
• Will work a full shift (8‑10 hours).
• Adheres to safety, productivity, quality, and attendance policies.
• Successfully completes all equipment training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
