TurnPoint Services is a growing, multi-location home services company that supports local brands with centralized resources and strong financial leadership. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management and make a direct impact on the accuracy and quality of financial reporting.

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for key parts of the monthly close process, revenue billing, payroll processing, general ledger activity, and balance sheet reconciliations. This is a detail-oriented, hands‑on role that also supports the General Manager and Regional Controller with ad‑hoc financial analysis and special projects.

• Help conduct and coordinate the monthly financial close, including bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Post monthly journal entries, expense accruals, and prepaid adjustments.
• Create and send job invoices for all departments and manage related documentation, including lien waivers.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and partner with business leaders to proactively address overdue accounts.
• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Compile, analyze, and interpret financial information for management.
• Ensure financial controls and company procedures are followed consistently.
• Provide direct support to the General Manager and Regional Controller with ad‑hoc analysis and reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience in an accounting role.
• Experience with Service Titan preferred.
• Exposure to departmental structures, balance sheet reconciliations, AP, AR, job costing, GL postings, and billing is a plus.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Sage Intacct experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work closely and professionally with senior management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Flexible with schedule and responsibilities and able to maintain a positive, team‑oriented attitude.

• Base salary: $80,000–$85,000 per year, based on experience.
• Bonus eligibility based on performance.
• Quarterly travel to Jackson, MO required.
