We operate 24/7, primarily producing and bottling Fireball Cinnamon Whisky and other famous spirit brands (99 Brand, Parrot Bay, Dr. McGillicuddy’s, etc.). Founded on the principles of servant leadership and continuous improvement, our entire plant team strives to accomplish our vision:

Responsible for plant wide controls & electrical infrastructure (instrumentation, programmable logic controllers, human machine interfaces, distributed control systems & associated programming). Includes both simple and complex new installation; mentors, trains & coaches technicians;
Review of billing and tariffs, makes recommendations to improve efficiency/lower costs. Organize workloads, provide technical support & manage work quality to ensure uptime and good quality product.

• Assist in the design, development, test, and implementation of electrical and control systems and equipment. Lead and provide assistance in the daily reduction of downtime daily efforts by evaluating and testing equipment for electrical problems using diagnostic tools. Provide technical assistance and resolution when electrical or engineering problems are encountered before, during and after project implementation. Lead in the installation and assembly of electrical systems according to engineering data and knowledge of electrical principles.
• Monitor and enforce all OSHA and company safety regulations and policies. Assist with evaluation of engineering proposals, shop drawings, and design comments for sound electrical practice and conformance with established safety criteria and recommend approval or disapproval. Provide leadership to enforce safety programs within the department and the plant. Develop, monitor and execute safe practices and operating procedures with employees to minimize the occurrence and severity of workplace accidents.
  
  Assist in the investigation of EH&S incidents to determine and address root cause.
