- 3+ years of Tooling Design experience in a manufacturing environment
- CAD experience for tooling and component design (Solid Works, Creo, Inventor, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Experience with machining and/or tool making
- Strong understanding of GD&T, tolerancing, dimensioning, and material selection
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams (Electrical, Controls, Product, Quality, Manufacturing)
- Experience supporting low-volume, high-mix manufacturing environments
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field
