• Credentialing time frame: 7 days from completion of facility application ;
  temp privileges available
• Schedule: 5 days/week, may include weekends. Hours vary with exit order. 630a arrival. exits at 1p, 3p, 6p. Typically 40-45 hours/week.
  No nights. No holidays. No call.
• Case Types: Endoscopy (35%), Urology (25%), Ortho/spine/podiatry (25%), gyn/general (10%), eyes/ENT (5%) ; MDs will do blocks
