Inpatient Rehabilitation Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse providing inpatient rehab care for adults with neurological and complex medical conditions.

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management.
• Document care activities accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences to coordinate patient care.
• Support a patient-centered, respectful, and safety-focused environment rooted in faith-based principles.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license.
• Experience or interest in rehabilitation nursing preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to assess patient needs and implement appropriate interventions.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
