LPN Nurse Manager

Charlestown Place at New Albany is hiring a full-time LPN Unit Manager in New Albany, IN at $30.00-$35.00/hour plus credit for experience. Lead a nursing unit on day shift, with a weekday (Monday - Friday) or weekend schedule.

• Weekdays: Monday - Friday, day shift
• Weekends: Saturday and Sunday, day shift
• On-call required as needed

• Lead the unit: manage daily clinical operations, support staff, and make sure residents get quality care
• Coach the team: supervise and mentor nursing staff, and give hands-on support
• Oversee clinical care: manage resident assessments, care plans, and medication administration
• Educate staff: train the team on wound prevention, skin integrity, and best practices
• Ensure compliance: meet regulatory standards and keep clinical documentation accurate and up to date

• Active LPN license (required)
• 5+ years of long-term care nursing experience (required)
• 2+ years of supervisory experience (required)
• Availability for on-call as needed
