General Manager – McDonald’s Corporate Owned Restaurant (New Albany, IN)

Lead a high‑volume McDonald’s restaurant, ensuring profitability and adherence to the critical Customer Standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness. This is a corporate‑owned franchise position; the franchisee is the employer.

• Run the restaurant as a profitable business and maintain high customer standards.
• Collaborate with corporate leaders to set restaurant goals and create action plans.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, coaching them to set and achieve departmental goals.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future leadership team.

• Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations.
• Strong background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality or retail.
• Minimum age 18 (manager in a corporate owned restaurant).

• Competitive pay (salary range $50,000.00–$55,000.00).
