About the Role

As a CDL Class B Driver , you will play a crucial role in our operations by:

• Safely operating bulk trucks and installing blasting products at construction sites, mines, and quarries.
• Performing equipment maintenance and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Engaging in a hybrid role that includes approximately 40% driving and 60% physical labor.

• Monday through Friday
• Local driving (2-3 hours)
• Early morning starts around 6 AM
• 10-12 hours per day, with potential overtime
• Up to 10% overnight travel may be required

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
• Operate emulsion tanker trucks and box trucks.
• Handle raw materials and hazardous goods safely and responsibly.
• Participate in daily toolbox talks and monthly safety meetings.
• Minimize environmental impact through waste reduction practices.

• A minimum of one year of driving and/or material handling experience.
• Solid understanding of DOT regulations.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.

• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Lift up to 60 pounds and carry 50 pounds or more.
• Perform tasks such as loading products and climbing on and off trucks.
• Engage in frequent bending, squatting, and mobility throughout the day.

• Valid Class B CDL required (Class A is a plus).
• Tanker and Hazmat endorsements preferred.
• Willingness to obtain additional endorsements with support provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
