Charlestown Place at New Albany is hiring a full-time Driver for our Skilled Nursing community — $18.00–$22.00/hour + credit for experience.

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (shift varies as needed). Holiday rotation required.

What You'll Do
- Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, community outings, and on-site activities while ensuring timely arrivals
- Assist residents on and off the bus using appropriate equipment, providing courteous and patient-centered support
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, fueling, cleaning, and report any maintenance needs or incidents promptly
- Communicate effectively with facility staff regarding schedules, resident needs, and transportation updates
- Follow all safety and HIPAA requirements while supporting staff training and participating in community activities; must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform required physical tasks
What You'll Need
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license required, and must be able to pass insurance screening
- Must have an active CNA certification
- Relevant transportation experience, especially in senior living or healthcare, strongly preferred
- CPR certification preferred
