• Technical & Business Abilities: Intermediate computer skills (including Word) and business telephone communication.

• Customer Support & Account Service: Assist clients directly with all credit card inquiries and service needs, including payment processing, issue resolution, dispute handling, managing lost or stolen card reports, and issuing replacement cards.
• Account Administration: Collaborate with team members to evaluate and approve new account applications in accordance with bank policy. Partner closely with third-party support providers to deliver comprehensive customer solutions.
• Reporting & Daily Reconciliations: Process daily payments and ensure credit card ledger reports are accurately balanced.

  Provide ongoing assistance to the note department as needed, including document scanning, updating property tax records, and filing UCCs and deeds of trust.
