A thriving, well-established PPO & FFS private group practice in New Albany, Mississippi is seeking a full-time Advanced Comprehensive General Dentist to join our growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a collaborative, high-volume environment alongside experienced clinicians and a strong hygiene program, with immediate production and full clinical support.

• Collaborative Clinical Team: Work alongside 2 full-time comprehensive general dentists providing advanced dentistry and 1 dentist focused on exams and treatment plan delivery.

• Robust Hygiene Department: Supported by 6 experienced dental hygienists with strong patient recall and perio systems in place.

• Modern Clinical Systems & Technology: Fully equipped with advanced technology, including CBCT, digital imaging, intraoral scanning, in-house implant systems, and rotary endo.

• Efficient Practice Model: Well-trained assistants and operational support staff who maximize doctor efficiency and patient experience.

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• One Saturday per month required: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Collections-Based Pay: 30–34% of Collections with strong collection rates

• Daily Guarantee for First 90 Days

• No Lab or Supply Fees when using in-formulary vendors

• W-2 or 1099 options available

• Mentorship and collaboration with established high-producing doctors

• DDS/DMD with experience or strong interest in:

  • Implant placement & surgical extractions

  • Molar endodontics

  • Clear aligners and cosmetic dentistry

• Comfortable working in a high-volume, advanced comprehensive environment
